In this paper, we propose a Patient Monitoring and Escorting System mostly useful in ICUs (Intensive Care Units) in hospitals. It was developed by using SCADA, PIC16F877 and Expert guidance. SCADA stands for Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition system. The main intent of the paper is to protect the patient from serious conditions when the doctors are not available in the ICUs(Intensive Care Units) .In our paper we have developed a section known as expert system which displays the drug name to be given to the patient when normal conditions of the concerned person is increased. So there is no need to worry about the absence of physician all the time. Here, The temperature ,respiration heart beat and ECG signals are measured by bio-medical sensors and output is given to controller there by displaying the value in the SCADA system.ECG signals can be measured by using 3 electrodes and ADC configuration in controller, which acquires the value from the hardware unit. these signals are monitored through SCADA which helps us to know the Patient’s condition. Here patient condition is serious then SCADA systems automatically display the guidelines and the medicine could be taken to the patient. Here the guidelines and the medicine were taken from the experts.
